Buddhism in my opinion is a religion that makes the most sense because one can experience it through meditation. It is like he or she is taking a chemistry class including a lecture and lab. If one only studies and does not practice Buddhism, it would be like studying any subject, you would lose that knowledge in time without practicing it daily. Meditation has played a big role in Buddhism and it leads to the experience of the inner peace. However, meditation is not an easy thing to do, it is difficult and can be boring. We have to make Buddhism a apart of our everyday life to enjoy a continued growth towards enlightenment. Then we will grow old strongly from the inside.

Even though meditation is an important tool to take us to the unknown as we call Nirvana, however, it is not an easy path to walk on. It is not only require strict disciplines but also other things like ethics, kind hearted, and etc. This is not for half hearted because we are dealing with ego. Somehow, I believe that with the good heart, good intention and the sincerity with things we are doing, we would get to the place where we as human being deserve to be.
Meaning of cycle of birth, life, death and rebirth. In order to get out of this cycle of birth and rebirth, we have to attain enlightenment( Niravana/Nibana/Nippan) in this life. We all have ability and capability to go that far as we actually purposely to be as a human being. Being in the present moment as often as you can will someday bring us to the highest point in state that is no Ego or none-self. Then we can stop this cycle.
About Me
- sudhi
- I am a lay person, who is seeking for the supreme happiness in life. At best of my knowledge there is something call Nirvana or God's world around us which we cannot see it but we can experience it. To be able to reach Niravana we have to be able to stay intensely in the present enough. A lot of the teachers say that to enter Niravana is right here and now. There is no where else to be or to go. I took meditation session once 20 years ago at SuanMokh and had experienced something so wonderful. That is the reason that made me created the blog about Buddhism. I just want to share this with my friends or anyone who is interested in this matter to look into it, which I think it is really important subject to our life. Most of my knowledge has come from the teacher Buddhadasa Bhikkhu, who I have adored for so long. He changed my perspective toward Buddhism and feeling like I got a new life, which of course better than before. We have to know about this before it is too late somewhat too old,too upset, too crazy, and etc..
